The Emerald Pointe Vision The vision of Emerald Pointe was founded by Dr. Jeff Hawkins, with the goal of providing his parents, grandparents, and in-laws with "the lifestyle they deserve". Although his grandmother and father have passed, Dr. Hawkins continues to strive to provide his mother (who will be a resident at Emerald Pointe) with the lifestyle of independence, dignity, and joy she deserves, and to provide that same quality lifestyle to other seniors as well. Dr. Jeff Hawkins, founder of Integrity Senior Living Dr. Hawkins operated a successful medical practice for more than 20 years. In addition to his successful clinical practice, Dr. Hawkins was a sought-after management consultant. He worked with a wide variety of senior housing and other corporations in Oregon, Washington, California, and Montana for more than 12 years. Dr. Hawkins' responsibilities within Integrity Senior Living include oversight of all aspects of the development and operation of each property, including demographic research, site selection and procurement, land use, building design, construction management, marketing each project during construction, staff development, and oversight of day-to-day operations. Cynthia Hubbard, Director of Operations Mrs. Hubbard oversees the marketing staff and directs the marketing of each new project. She works closely with Dr. Hawkins in the day-to-day operations of each community to assure that our mission is being fulfilled. In addition to her marketing duties, Cyndi has worked in a variety of capacities in her 20-plus year career in senior housing, from activities director to resident manager. Dolores Hawkins, Director of Administrative Services Dolores' family has worked in senior housing for more than 25 years.
